
KARPOS RH is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, an R&D center specializing in the development of medical devices and innovative healthcare technologies, for a Clinical and Post-Market Surveillance Specialist.
Reporting to the Research & Innovation Director, you will join the team to support one of the company’s key strategic clients in the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
You will be responsible for clinical evidence generation, Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities, and Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up (PMCF) programs, ensuring the safety, performance, and regulatory compliance of the company’s products.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the preparation and maintenance of Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities, Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up (PMCF) programs, Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs), and the technical documentation required under the European Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR).
Key Responsibilities :
We are looking for a candidate holding a Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Public Health, Nursing, or a related scientific discipline, with 3 to 5 years of experience in Clinical Affairs, Post-Market Surveillance (PMS), Regulatory Affairs, or the medical device industry.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the preparation of Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), management of PMS, PMCF, and PSUR activities, and the execution of systematic scientific literature reviews. A solid understanding of EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MEDDEV 2.7/1 Rev.4, and MDCG guidance documents is essential.
Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a rigorous, persistent, and results-oriented professional with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential to effectively collaborate with internal teams, Notified Bodies, regulatory authorities, consultants, and clinical experts. Strong scientific writing skills and the ability to provide evidence-based recommendations are also key to succeeding in this role.
